This policy explains what information Zestro Gaming collects when you use build.zestrogaming.com, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. We have kept it short and in plain language.

Who we are

What we collect

• When you order: your name, mobile number, email address and delivery address, the products you buy and any order notes.
• When you create an account: your username, email address and password (stored encrypted), and the addresses you save.
• When you contact us: the messages you send us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, including payment screenshots you share.
• When you use the PC builder: the parts you select. A shared build link contains only part numbers, not personal details.
• Automatically: technical details such as your IP address, browser, device and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

• To process, assemble and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
• To verify payments and keep invoice records for warranty claims.
• To run your account and remember your saved details.
• If you start checkout but do not finish, we may send you one reminder about the items you left in your cart.
• To understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising, so we can improve both.
• To tell you about offers similar to what you have bought or asked about. You can opt out at any time.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use cookies that the site needs to work, such as keeping your cart and keeping you signed in. We also use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site, and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram. These services set their own cookies and receive technical information about your visit. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the shop still works, but you may need to sign in again.

Payments

We take payment by bank transfer. We never see or store your bank card or online banking details. We only keep the transfer details and screenshot you send us, so we can confirm your payment.

Who we share it with

• Courier companies, who receive your name, phone number and address to deliver your order.
• Service providers who help us run the site, such as our hosting, email and analytics providers, only for that purpose.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for as long as they are needed for warranty claims, accounting and legal requirements. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete your account. Analytics data is kept by the analytics providers under their own retention settings.

Your choices

• See and update your details any time in My Account.
• Ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Some order records may need to be kept for warranty and legal reasons.
• Opt out of offers and reminders by replying to the message or contacting us.

Children

This site is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
